Swimming
Learning to swim is one of the most valuable life skills a child can develop. Created by the Pacific Swim Academy, our swimming program helps swimmers build confidence, technique, fitness, and water safety skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Whether your swimmer is just becoming comfortable in the water or training for competitive swimming and lifesaving sport, our experienced coaches provide clear pathways for progression and long-term development. Swimmers advance through our levels at their own pace while building strong fundamentals and refining their skills.
Our program emphasizes quality instruction, positive coaching, and a lifelong love of the water. We welcome swimmers of all ages and abilities and are committed to helping each swimmer reach their personal goals.

Fee Structure:
Our fee structure encourages regular attendance, as consistent practice leads to faster progress and stronger skill development. Pricing is based on the number of weekly practices, along with a $100 annual insurance and registration fee. The first practice hour is $30/week, with each additional hour costing $10/week more.
For example:
1 hour/week = $30/week + registration fee
2 hours/week = $40/week + registration fee
Fees for special clinics, seasonal programs, and camps may vary.
Late starts, Make-ups and Drop-ins:
Space Permitting (Coach Approval Required in Advance):
Late Starts: Session and term fees are pro-rated; the annual registration/insurance fee is not.
Make-ups: Practices can be made up within the same cohort and term at no extra charge but cannot carry over to the next term.
Drop-ins: Allowed but discouraged due to planning constraints. Cost: $20/hr for registered swimmers; $40/hr for non-registered swimmers.
Protocol:
The team will train in small, stable cohorts throughout the season. It is divided into Senior (Gold, Silver and Bronze sub-cohorts) and Junior (Blue and Green sub-cohorts) groups.
Swimmers should arrive dressed in their swimsuits under their clothes.
Note: Parents may watch from the deck or are encouraged to join as Masters swimmers. Contact Coach Phil for details.
